Delivery
Letters are sent by 1st class Royal mail. Activity packs and Xmas eve packs are sent as a 1st class Large Letter with Royal Mail.
The first dispatch date for orders for 2022 is 24th October. Any orders placed before this date will not be dispatched until this date regardless of when it was ordered.
Any orders placed after 24th October will be dispatched within 2 working days of ordering.
Please be aware that all couriers can experience longer delivery times before Christmas. We recommend ordering before 14th December to allow for delays. We will continue to dispatch all orders within 2 working days until 1st January 2023.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class for all orders that aim to deliver in 1 to 2 business days. All postal services get extremely busy before Christmas and it may take longer than expected for them to deliver your order
If you change your mind about your order before we process it you can contact us for a refund.
For personalised orders, once processed, they are not eligible for a refund. If your item has arrived faulty (wrong name, spelling etc.) please contact us and we will either refund your letter or send a replacement. We cannot send refunds due to the customer entering the wrong information so please make sure you check your order carefully!
For non-personalised orders, we will happily refund within 14 days if you change your mind. The item must be returned to us in its original condition, with a note including your name and address. You will be liable for the cost of return postage.
If you order letters for multiple children, we will post them individually so each child receives their own envelope to open. If you order multiple items such as an activity pack, letter and Xmas eve pack, we will post them as one item where possible.
You can order a text message from Santa at any time. You can either choose for the text to be sent straight away after payment, or you can schedule it to be sent at a specific time/date in the future. Either choose from our pre-set texts or create your wording.
